Why exercise is vital to health



Everybody knows that exercise is essential for good health, even then also many people who continue their life by sitting silly. Maybe they think that exercise is a little bit difficult and require a lot of time to be beneficial. But we don’t need to train like a decathlete to enjoy our life. If you can simply go to the store by walking or taking the stairs instead of the elevator can make a difference.
